Since 1974, Western State Design has provided conscientious consulting, planning, design, project coordinating, laundry/mechanical equipment, engineering, installation, construction management, startup services, training, and on-going parts and service.

Staff and associates include a full complement of planners; design engineers, installers, financial analysts, construction managers, field service technicians, AutoCAD 2005 operators, operational trainers, and equipment supply personnel.

Currently Western State Design has associates at offices throughout the United States. Corporate headquarters is located in Hayward, California, USA.

We provide equipment for projects located throughout the world. On a daily basis we provide information and service to operators, owners, and consultants to assist all parties in the development of projects requiring laundry services.

The scope of the projects varies from small exclusive bed and breakfast facilities, to the biggest hotels/casinos in the world, to large commercial/industrial laundries. Additional clients include professionals, universities, correctional institutions, healthcare facilities, athletic clubs, private clubs and wet-processing/dye factories.

Our clients include commercial/industrial laundries, hotels, hospitals, construction companies, development companies, kitchen consultants, professional engineers, United States Government agencies, leasing companies and architects.

Western State Design is a Licensed General Contractor. Clients are assured that all work performed shall meet or exceed global industry standards. Whether performing as a General Contractor or Sub-Contractor, Western State Design will provide the Bonding, General Liability, and Worker’s Compensation to the limits of liability required for any project.
