Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Western State Design will not disclose the information it collects to outside parties. We will not sell, trade or rent the individual and personal information you submit without your express permission. Western State Design may provide aggregate statistics about our users, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. That means we may talk about what happens with large numbers of users on our system, but we never share data about individual users.

If any part of this privacy policy gives you concern, we invite you to discuss it with us by contacting us. We will update this policy in the future to make its terms more clear when necessary, and to respond to changes in legal and public thinking about privacy online.

Refund & Warranty Policy

Any parts warranty is provided by the equipment manufacturer, and is different for each manufacturer and/or failed component.

The manufacturer's parts warranty dictates that the end user is responsible for all freight costs associated with warranty parts.

Any item(s) replaced by and/or determined to be warranty by a Western State Design Technician will not be invoiced to the end user. The failed item will be returned to a Western State Design warehouse and a warranty claim filed accordingly.

Any item(s) ordered by and/or replaced by the end user or a third party while under warranty will be invoiced for by Western State Design until those items are returned for warranty credit and credit is received from the equipment manufacturer. At that time the appropriate Western State Design invoice will be credited with the exception of any incurred freight costs which are the responsibility of the end user.

In order to file a warranty claim please contact (800) 633-7153 x212. Please be prepared to provide equipment model and serial numbers, date of failure, reason for failure, and Western State Design invoice number.

Please do not ship the warranty items to a Western State Design warehouse or the manufacturer without direction or a return authorization numbers. This may delay the process and cause additional freight costs to be incurred.
