MISTER BUNDLE is a compact automatic bundler, counter, and stacker of small pieces such as shop towels, washcloths and bar wipes. It is designed to automate the bundling process to assure accurate counts, consistent quality, and high production of finished bundles throughout the day. As the operator continuously feeds items, each fed item is measured by a microprocessor control and draped on the stack with its midpoint positioned on the stack fold blade. The following piece is then laid on top of the stack in the same manner.

Similar to the Carousel, AIRCUMULATOR SOLO receives and accumulates flat items such as napkins, pillowcases or aprons onto one storage bar in each lane. Its extremely compact design and simplicity make it an excellent choice for many laundries processing napkins, pillowcases and similarly sized items who also want to maintain high operator inspection standards of finished goods.Total useable width is 120 (3050mm). Clear view of finished piece in each lane makes grading more efficient.

For higher volume on-premise laundries with limited space, TRI-STAR finishing systems are offered in a choice of 32 inches , 28 inches or 24 inches (800 mm, 700 mm, or 600 mm) ironing roll diameters with built-in CHI controlled primary folder, crossfolder, and stacker that provide complete finishing of up to 800 pounds (360 kg) per hour in less than half the floorspace of a separate ironer and folder. Optional built-in O.P.L. spreader/feeder for large pieces and multi-lane folding for small pieces are also available.

AIRCUMULATOR CAROUSEL is a multi-lane labor saving system that automatically receives and stacks flat small pieces such as napkins, pillowcases or aprons from a flatwork ironer onto multiple lanes of storage bars. Each lane of storage bars works independently and automatically advances its completed stacks of small pieces forward to the next position after the pre-selected stack quantity has been reached.Only one operator is needed at the rear of the Carousel to remove stacks.

LASER 13, 16, 20, and 24 (330 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, and 600 mm) are traditional workhorses with Chicago's exclusive Eagle Eye touchless temperature control on gas heated models, ASME certified roll on steam models, and high output heaters on electric heated models. Each model delivers extra drying power when needed and reduces energy consumption when production demands are lower.
